Questions
What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan and add a card to start your 14-day trial. We charge the card when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Do owners pay for Handlr?
No. Handlr is free for every owner and buyer you invite.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a staff member who signs in. Clients, buyers and owners using Handlr never count.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly works out at about two months free compared with paying monthly.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect straight away. To move down to a smaller plan, first reduce your active team to fit it.
Do you charge VAT?
UK prices include VAT. Prices elsewhere are shown in US dollars and exclude any local sales tax.
How do clients pay me?
Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay invoices by card in Handlr. Payouts go straight to you.
Do you take a cut of card payments?
A small one. We add a platform fee to each card payment: 1% on Solo, 0.75% on Team for up to 3 trainers, 0.5% on Team for up to 5 and 0.25% on Business and Enterprise, never more than £25 ($25) a payment. Stripe’s own processing fee applies as normal. Bank transfers and cash you record yourself have no fee.
