Your account and data
Your details, reminders, emergency contact, exporting your data and deleting your account.
Open your picture at the top of the screen, then Your profile.
- Your details: name, photo, phone and home address.
- Emergency contact: who trainers should call if something happens while your dog is with them.
- Reminders: choose whether to get email reminders. Add your phone number to get texts.
- Units: British English with kilograms, or US English with pounds.
- Blocked businesses: businesses you’ve blocked, and unblock them.
Your data
Download your data makes an export of everything on your account. Delete your account removes your profile, dogs and shared records after a short grace period, and you can choose Keep my account until then. Businesses keep the records they need by law, such as invoices.
